Developing our culture

We believe culture is extremely important. Without a good culture the best plan or process can not be sustained, but with a good culture the worst plan or process can be turned around.

We have a very practical approach to culture, as when you treat culture in a practical way, it will have practical results.

What makes up the culture? Values, stories, hero’s, management style, examples we set through behavior, what we like, what we dislike, how we deal with victory, how we deal with problems, etc.
