Red Teaming

Red Teaming is a mindset, method, and set of tools, to test anything from security to plans and strategies. Red Teaming looks at the organization, its plans, and strategies, through an adversarial lens.

Red Teaming helps with the inherent biases and mental shortcuts that are part of the human mind, in groupthink related issues that arise during decision making in group context, the assumptions we use to make plans, and the execution of those plans and strategies.
