(XPP)
The execution Premium Process, or XPP for short, is a process that was developed to cover everything from strategy development to updating the strategy, and everything in between.
Strategy maps form an important part of XPP, and are a perfect tool to communicate the strategy, and align all levels of the organization to the strategy.
Strategy Map
Our, in-house developed version of the strategy map is built up out of 3 perspectives:
Outcomes; The things we want to achieve with our strategy. This can be anything from serving customers in a specific to achieving social impact.
Activities; The processes that have to be done in order to achieve the outcomes.
Capabilities; A combination of competencies, culture, organization, and technology which are needed to execute the activities.
